novel. Music was eclectic mix of Classical arrangements with modern sample

Recorded various artists’ for the BBC’s promotional video
"Perfect Day". Track released as single Christmas 1997, reaching
No 1 position in national chart with all proceeds going to Children in
Need. Artists included: David Bowie, Elton John, M-People, Gabrielle,
Joan Armatrading, Courtney Pine and The Lightning Seeds amongst others.

and DVD of AIDS charity concert 1994.
THE TUBE – Tyne
Tees Television
Engineer to the main mobile recording unit for the television series “The
Tube”, for two series. The unit recorded all live musical content
and was the master mixing station for entire audio source of show. Included
in the series were many concerts and interviews based in and around the
studio and on location in and around Newcastle. Now released on DVD.

Ochoa, El Viejo de Santiaguera, Los Guanches and Las Hermanas Ferrin.

expose documentary "Scottish Eye". Produced by Duncan Campbell.
SELF AID - Dublin
TV
Recorded and mixed all day concert for Dublin Television’s telethon
charity event for Irelands unemployed. Engineered 12 hour, non-stop TV
transmission throughout day, with simultaneous 24 track recording. American
Live Aid revolving stage used to present continuous music with artists
as diverse as U2, Thin Lizzy, Clannad, Gary Moore, The Cheiftans, The
Pouges, The Boomtown Rats and Van Morrison amongst others.

Recorded and mixed Grammy Award winning video/DVD “The Princes Trust
10th Anniversary Concert” for UK and overseas transmission. Produced
concert mixes for video / TV Broadcast and double CD of concert at Royal
Albert Hall. Artists included: Tina Turner, Suzzane Vega, David Bowie
and Mick Jagger, Eric Clapton, Mark Knopfler, Paul Young, George Michael,
Rod Stewart, Elton John, Joan Armatrading, Phill Collins, Bryan Adams,
Midge Ure, Howard Jones, Status Quo and Paul McCartney.

Remixed, repaired, cleaned, surround enhanced and encoded audio for DVD production of films and live concerts including those by Fleetwood Mac, Joe Cocker, David Bowie, Judy Garland and Matt Munro amongst others. Also recorded and mixed voice over narration in 6 languages to programme honouring the life of Pope John on his death in 2005.

IN CUBA
Devised and produced a sample library of the main generic Afro-Hispanic
rhythm patterns of Cuban music. In collaboration with DAT Productions
Ltd, Zero G and Native Instruments Ltd, have edited music to be included
in a full 24bit multi instrument software sampler.

THE STATE OF THE NATION
Mixed for live broadcast, political debates with the heads of the major
political parties in Scotland being interrogated by three independent
radio journalists for the radio station Radio Forth in Edinburgh. The
four debates’ were held in a round table format and included mixing
front and end music stings with tape and live vocal programme idents.

BAUS - Virgin S.A.
Recorded and mixed soundtrack to La Fura Dels Baus theatrical spectacular
"Ulele". Theatre company from Barcelona, Spain. Work included
recording musical pieces played on diverse instruments and machinery including
car and lorry engines, lawn mower, gas heaters and using various elements
like water to create musical effects.
